FAQ

Can you use frozen raspberries?

Sure you can! Just add the frozen raspberries at the same time as you would the fresh sweet raspberries.

Could you use this recipe to make plain scones?

Yes, you can! Just don't add the raspberries and continue with the recipe. You will then have a basic scone dough that will give you plain scones that you can add a preserve to or some whipped dairy-free heavy cream. Yum!

What is the trick to making the best scones?

The trick is to not knead the dough too hard. You want to ensure a rough dough forms but with as little effort as possible. This is the trick to making the most delicious scones.
