If you would like to, you may use one or two photos from the site provided that a link back to my original post is provided. Please don’t remove any watermarks, crop the images or edit any of them without getting my written permission first. I may offer some free printables or other free incentives that should be used for personal use only. If you download them or receive access to them, this only allows you to use them for personal use, you may not resell them as your own or share them as if they are something that you developed or created on your own. This blog is a personal blog written and edited by myself or those I feel can keep my writing tone and style. Some of the content may end up being used to promote products, services or other businesses. I may be compensated for reviewing them or sharing links to them throughout my posts or elsewhere on my site. I will only provide my opinion and my opinion only. I only choose to discuss products or services that we have personally used and have loved or would personally use in the future. My Intentions to Use Your Information:

I will be occasionally sending out newsletters and offers to your email if you voluntarily provide it for the list. You have always have, and will continue to always have the right to unsubscribe from the email list at your convenience by clicking the unsubscribe button included in every email.

How I plan to protect your data and personal information:

–  All processing done by Eating Gluten and Dairy Free or any of our associated third parties will be lawful, fair and transparent. Your rights will always be kept in mind. If you’d like to know how your information is processed, I would be happy to share with you upon request.
–  Any data gathered and processed is done with the most minimal data possibly needed for the purpose of collection. It will not be shared any longer than necessary. It will be deleted when appropriate and any time you request it to be.

What data of yours will I be collecting: 

–  Any information you voluntarily provide me with:
 This information you provide me with may be your e-mail address, name, billing info, etc. This information is collected to ensure that I can properly send you the newsletter, offers and any products you may buy from me or any information I may beed to make your experience with Eating Gluten and Dairy Free the best it can be.

–  Any information automatically collected about you:

This information may include any information this is stored by the use of cookies and other session tools. This kind of information may be your IP address, your shopping cart or any other information that cookies may collect. This information is used by us to improve the customers experience and learn more about our audience and how we can better serve you. When you look through Eating Gluten and Dairy Free’s website and possibly buy an of the products, click on any of the links in the blog, cookies or tracking tools may be used by myself, affiliates or other third party affiliates or partners. 

– Any information that our third party partners may gather: We have a few third party partners who may gather some of the information you voluntarily provide with us and some information that may be automatically collected from you. We will make sure that they only gather what is necessary and legal for them to have, nothing more.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

–  Contact Forms:

I may use contact forms to collect information from you to better learn what m needs. I may use contact forms if you want to reach out to me regarding a post, a recipe or anything else. The contact form builder may collect information about yourself that you input in the form fields to send to me. It may also collect IP addresses or other information.

Email: We use Mailerlite as our email service provider. You can see their Privacy Policy at any time.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics to gather information and performance about our posts, products, affiliate links, other information and all of the Eating Gluten and Dairy Free’s website. You can always see their Privacy Policy. If you would like to opt-out of tracking by Google Analytics, please visit their Opt-Out page.
Advertising: Currently, at the time this policy and disclosure page was written, I am not partnering with any network ad company. However, my goal is to qualify and partner with Mediavine Publishing Network as my advertising company. Should I qualify and start partnering with Mediavine or a likewise network ad company, you may see ads throughout the posts sharing relative information or brands that you may be interested in. I will attempt to update this section of this policy when this partnership starts, but, should it not be updated immediately, know that they could be a partner (or a similar network ad company) of Eating Gluten and Dairy Free. 
Comments: When you make a comment on the website, you may voluntarily enter your email address, name and/or website. This information will be seen by anybody that reads the comments of the website. If you don’t feel comfortable sharing this information, you can always use an Alias.
Paypal: I don’t currently collect payment for services, but, should this change, PayPal may be a form that I use for my payment collection service for my services or products. Any information you supply for your payment may be stored by PayPal or Eating Gluten and Dairy Free for our sales records.
Affiliates: Affiliate companies may track clicks from our website to theirs when you use an affiliate link we provide. This is part of being an affiliate for companies. We use many affiliate links on this site. Some affiliate companies/ networks we use are : ShareASale, Amazon Associates, etc. This list may change at any point in time. I make sure to only use affiliate programs/networks that will use your minimal needed information and will protect your data the same way I do.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
