Storage

Store all of the individual ingredients separately in different containers in the refrigerator if necessary. It’s easier to break down the grazing board and store it that way than the whole thing.

Recipe Variations

Add small bowls. You can easily add more treats to the board by using multiple small boards. It’s a great way to get rid of all your favorite treats.

Great option for date night. You can simply swap out any ingredients or treats out for other holidays.

Add ingredients. Add fresh fruit like a cut up red apple, pomegranates, orange slices, and a fruit dip. Make a traditional meat board by adding a variety of meats and dairy free cheeses.

Make a candy board. Change things up and swap ingredients out for some gluten and dairy free candy choices.

Tips and Tricks

  • Wait to make the board until you’re ready to serve them. It can be difficult to store the boards properly when they are made if they are made on a large charcuterie board.
  • You don’t have to make a heart-shaped charcuterie board, but we think it’s one of the most perfect sweet treats for a Happy Valentine’s Day.
  • You can decorate your beautiful board with more goodies very easily, just make sure they are gluten free and dairy free when you add them to the dessert board.
  • We used a size 8B piping tip for our frosting, but you can change this up and use what you have on hand, it just may change the look and presentation of your frosting on your board.
