- Dairy Free Cream Cheese-- Kite Hill makes a dairy free cream cheese that we LOVE for so many recipes
- Icing Sugar-- you can use any gluten free and dairy free icing sugar or confectioners sugar, but we like to use Tate & Lyle
- Vanilla extract -- we use McCormick's because we know they're gluten and dairy free
- Coco whip-- we use So Delicious CocoWhip, it's like Cool Whip, bu it's dairy free!
- Gluten Free Chocolate Sandwich cookies-- KinniKinnick KinniTOOS are a brand we love. These are some of our favorite cookies that are just like Oreos, but totally dairy free and gluten free
- Green Food Coloring-- we love using Super Natural food dye and sprinkles because they're not only gluten free, vegan, and dairy free, but they're also dye free since they're made 100% from plants- no Red40 here!
How to Make St. Patrick's Day Dessert Dip
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the dairy free cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together using a hand mixer.
- Add a drop or two of green food coloring to the dip. Mix it in, add more as necessary to get your creamy dip the shade of green that you prefer.
- Carefully, fold in the dairy free cocowhip using a rubber spatula.
- Fold in chopped chocolate cookie sandwiches but leave about 2 tablespoons to add on top when ready to serve.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate and serve when ready.
Storage
For best results, this perfect dip should be covered in an airtight container or some kind of sealed container and it should be kept in the refrigerator when not serving it. It should keep up to 3 days.
Keep in mind that the texture will change the longer that it is at room temperature. This dairy free dessert dip may also change if it sits in the fridge for too long. Always stir before eating it.
We do not recommend freezing this.

You do not have to color it a festive green color, in fact, you can leave it the color it would be naturally, or you can use any other food dye colring to make it match whatever you are serving it with or for.
