First, clean and dry peaches before peeling and slicing them.
Toss them into your high speed blender and add half the yogurt and honey to the blender.
Place the lid on the blender and blend on high until peaches are well blended.
Use a spoon to transfer 1-2 spoonfuls of the mixture in the blender to each popsicle mold.
Add a spoonful of the remaining yogurt to each mold.
Alternate between the blender mixture and the vanilla yogurt until each mold is full. Place wooden popsicle sticks or plastic popsicle handles in the peach popsicle mixture.
Place molds in the freezer for 4 hours to freeze.
When ready to enjoy, remove popsicles from freezer and run the molds under warm water for a few seconds so they can be released easily.
Store the rest of the healthy popsicles appropriately and enjoy.
