Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and maple syrup until combined.
Add almond flour and mix to combine.
Line the muffin tin with liners and transfer the mixture to each well. Use a spoon to flatten out the mixture. Then transfer the muffin tin to the freezer and freeze for 2 hours.
Melt chocolate on the stovetop in a small saucepan or in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl. Remove peanut butter mixture from the freezer. Pour melted chocolate on top of the frozen peanut butter.
Add peanuts to the top chocolate layer and allow to set in the fridge.
Once the treats have set, remove from the tin and enjoy!
