Ingredients

ounce
coconut milk
chilled- 2 15oz cans
1
tablespoon
raw honey
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Make sure your can of coconut milk is nice and chilled. Open the can, scoop out the cream and toss it in a mixing bowl.
Add the honey and vanilla extract to the coconut cream and us an electric mixer to mix together until smooth and soft.
Refrigerate dip if not serving right away.
When ready, remove dip from the fridge, give it a good stir and serve with fresh fruit.
Notes
This makes about a cup of fruit dip. Serving size can change depending on amount you want to serve for each person and how much fruit they're having.
