Instructions
Wash and peel the potatoes and then slice them into thin slices.
In a large bowl soak the raw potatoes in salted cold water for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the onions into thin rings.
After the 10 minutes are over, drain the potato slices and dry them well.
Add the dairy free butter to a large skillet and melt it over medium high heat until the butter is melted and skillet is hot.
Add the vegetable oil, potatoes, and onions to the skillet.
Fry the potatoes until they are at your desired level of crispiness.
Drain on a plate or baking sheet lined with paper towels.
Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper then serve.
