1½cdairy free semi-sweet chocolate chipssuggestions in post

optional- sprinkle the tops with sea salt flakes
Instructions
Place parchment paper over a large baking sheet. Then place 30 crackers on baking sheet.
With an angled spatula spread peanut butter over crackers. Then top with remaining crackers.
Melt dairy free chocolate in the microwave on low power, stirring often, or over the stove top on low.
After the chocolate has melted, drop the sandwich cracker into the chocolate. Using two forks maneuver the peanut butter crackers in the chocolate to completely cover in chocolate.
Lift the sandwich cracker out with a fork and scrape chocolate excess off against the bowl.
Transfer chocolate dipped Ritz cracker onto parchment paper to set. Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to a week.
