gluten free bacon

gluten free tater tots
thawed to room temperature

optional-- brown sugar
packed
optional-- dipping sauces

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare large baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat; set aside.
Cut each slice of bacon into 4 smaller pieces.
Wrap the bacon slice around a tater tot.
Roll in brown sugar if using and slide a toothpick through the middle to secure the bacon around the tater tot.
Place onto a baking sheet. Continue for all bacon and tater tots.
Transfer baking sheet to the oven for 18-20 minutes. You may need to adjust the bake time or temperature for the best results.
Remove from the oven and with tongs transfer Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots to a serving plate. Add dipping sauces and serve while still warm.
