The Best Energy Bites
A healthy snack packed with all of your favorites.

Ingredients

gluten free oats
⅔
c
coconut flakes
½
c plus 1tbsp
creamy peanut butter
½
c
ground flax seed
⅓
c
honey
1
tablespoon
chia seed
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
c
dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions
In a medium size bowl mix all ingredients well.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes so mixture can be less sticky to work with.
Remove from the refrigerator and roll into small 1 inch bites.
Place energy bites into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator.
