St Patrick's Day Dessert Dip
This easy dessert dip is fun and festive for St. Patrick's Day and is made with gluten and dairy free ingredients.

dairy free Cream Cheese

Gluten Free Oreos
chopped; set aside 2 tablespoons, see suggestions in post
Green Food Coloring

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, cream the dairy free cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together using a hand mixer.
Add a drop or two of green food coloring to the dip. Mix it in, add more as necessary to get your creamy dip the shade of green that you prefer.
Carefully, fold in the dairy free cocowhip using a rubber spatula.
Fold in chopped chocolate cookie sandwiches but leave about 2 tablespoons to add on top when ready to serve.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate and serve when ready.
Notes
Always refrigerate this dairy free dessert dip when you aren't serving it.
